I specialize in corporate classes and most of my classes are private sessions for businesses that understand the value of offering meditative breathwork and/or movement to their employees. I do have availability for more corporate clients and would love to hear from you if you want to bring me to your business for a healthy lunch break option. I currently teach classes and workshops at my favorite local studio called Bella Vida Yoga in Jacksonville Beach.  You can find me there teaching slow flow and mindful yoga, leading workshops, and guiding the Full Moon Soundbath event each month. 

I also take on private clients at $150/hour.
